The Peter and Lynne Schwartz Foundation (PALS) is dedicated to empowering individuals through financial assistance and educational guidance. We are committed to ensuring academic success by providing low-interest educational assistance to help students achieve their academic goals without a financial burden.
EDUCATIONAL LOAN PROGRAMS
THE PURPOSE
The Purpose of PALS Foundation is to support students who

demonstrated superior academic ability and accomplishment,

are pursuing careers that benefit the public ; and

appear unlikely to obtain funding from other sources. This criterion focuses on economically disadvantaged applicants lacking access to traditional funding
LOW-INTEREST FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Each grant will be in the form of a loan, with no interest charged until the completion of studies for which the grant was awarded.

Thereafter, interest will be charged at the SOFR (Secure Overnight Financing Rate) +1 or one other standard bank financing rate at the time of the loan with the terms also being agreed upon at the time of the grant.
